Annual. Superb culinary thyme. Spicier, more pungent flavor than German Winter
in a smaller plant. Grow as an annual in zones colder than 6.

Tender perennial, hardy in zones 7-10. Gorgeous reddish-bronze color. Vigorous

Use florets as garnish in dishes containing fennel.

Grown expressly for its tender, sweet leaves. An upright, tender perennial
plant, hardy for zones 7-10, or can be grown as an annual. Leaves, stems and

cheese. Use whole heads in pickles.
