Reasons to Order Seeds from Digital Raingardens
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If seeds fail to germinate, we
will replace the seeds (one time only). You will need to save a printout of your order and
the seed packet(s) and mail them to us to receive replacements.
Secure Online Transactions with our
Virtual Shopping Cart: Save yourself a stamp and a trip to the mailbox and shop with
confidence using our shopping cart. The shopping cart allows you add and remove items
while keeping track of your selections. Shopping doesn't get any easier than this. Your
online transaction is encrypted while enroute and then stored on a secure server where it
is safe. Sending orders by mail is also an option.
- Payment Options: We accept Visa, Master Card, American
Express credit cards. Checks and money orders payable in US dollars are
also accepted by mail. All these options are accommodated through the
shopping cart.
- Fantastic Selection: We offer a wide variety of seeds and 95% of them may be
started anytime indoors.
- Packaging: In order to offer our satisfaction guarantee, we have to make sure our
seeds arrive safely. Our seeds are packaged in air-tight, waterproof, recloseable plastic
zip-lock pouches. This is one of the most expensive way of packaging seeds, but the
extremely high rate of success our customers have with our seeds is important to us.
Pelleted seeds are packaged in small vials.
- Seed Labels: Our labels are not fancy, but they include helpful information such
as Common Name, Botanical Name, the proper depth for planting the seed, the proper soil
for the plant, the height of the mature plant, amount of water needed, amount of sunlight
needed, classification as to perennial/annual, germination time normally required, zone
information (when available), and any special requirements that may needed to help the
seeds germinate.
- Shipping: Seed orders are shipped in 7-10 business days via first class postage.
We know you are anxious to plant your seeds and we get them to you as quickly as possible.
Sorry, no overseas shipping. We ship to the US and Canada only. The
fee for shipping and handling is a flat rate of $3.80.
- We Respect Your Privacy: We do not share our customer lists with anyone and we
don't send spam (unsolicited email). If you *want* to hear from us, please subscribe

About Our Shopping Cart
Our secure online transactions are made
secure by encryption. To use our shopping cart, add the items that interest you to the
shopping cart by clicking on the "add to shopping cart" image next to the item.
The shopping cart will keep track of everything you have chosen and keep a running tally
of the seeds and shipping. It will be in "insecure" mode until you are ready to
complete your order. When you are ready to "checkout," your information will be
encrypted and then placed on a secure server where your credit card information is safe.
In addition to online transactions, our shopping cart offers options for mailing your order. Even if you have no printer and want to send your order by mail, the
shopping cart can help. Each shopping cart transaction is assigned an order id. All you
need to do is send your payment along with your order id and we'll get your order on its
way. (Be sure to hit the Submit button after filling out your information.)
We try to have something for everyone, both in our seed selections and our shopping
options. Orders are shipped via first class postage. Credit card orders will be listed on
